The Role

As a Compensation Associate you will manage multiple survey projects and contribute to high-profile consulting engagements within our Global Financial Services Industry group. This is a unique opportunity to influence compensation strategies across leading financial institutions worldwide.

What You will Do

You will manage the full compensation survey cycle from launch to report delivery ensuring accuracy quality and timely results. Acting as the primary client contact you will lead job matching sessions resolve data issues and deliver clear insights that strengthen client relationships and drive participation.

You will analyze large datasets interpret compensation trends and prepare impactful reports and presentations. Beyond survey management you will support bespoke consulting projects such as benchmarking incentive plan design and regulatory updates while contributing to broader initiatives like industry research training and business development.

This hybrid role is based in Stamford CT with the team currently meeting in office two days per week. This practice reflects our current team approach and may evolve based on future business needs.

Your work will directly shape compensation strategies for leading financial institutions worldwide.



Qualifications
  • 13 years of compensation survey experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Corporate exposure through internships part-time roles or related education
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings

  • Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); advanced Excel skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Human Resources or prior consulting experience
  • Advanced Excel expertise (statistical analysis graphs lookups formulas)
  • Experience working with global financial services clients
  • Familiarity with compensation program design and market practice reporting

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements for various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role base on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual qualifications education/profession certifications experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $68000 to $92000 per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
