Details:
This employee-owned company is looking for Senior Civil Engineer I/II who is well versed in all phases of land development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Can understand and design the layout of rough and precise grading and erosion control plans; public offsite and street improvements; underground utilities including water and sewer
- Prepare technical reports including hydrology and hydraulics earthworks sewer capacity water demand etc.
- Involved in the preliminary DD and CD phase; completing due diligence feasibility studies and entitlements; provide construction support through site visits project coordination and responding to RFIs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a combination of a bachelors degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum years of experience can range from 5 to 7 years depending on previous land development design experience.
- Minimum two years independently solving complex engineering problems within land development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD LDD and/or Civil 3D software required.
