DPR Construction is seeking experienced Foremen to join our Self-Perform Division 7 team in Denver CO. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Traveling is required for this role. It will include: Mostly Colorado and Wyoming and at times Texas. Per-diem will be paid when traveling outside of local Business Unit. (In this case Denver CO)

The foreman will manage a craft team that will focus on commercial waterproofing and fireproofing scopes. This person will work closely with members of our project teams. It will be responsible for the following:

Supervising a team/crew that could range from 2-10 Division 7 helpers and/or carpenters. This includes mentoring and training them.
Detailed hands-on knowledge of project scope and ability to work with your tools. We are looking for *WORKING* Foremen.
Reading and interpreting blueprints.
Understanding building processes systems and schedules.
Being the key point of contact for the Division 7 scope. Which includes but is not limited to: Air Barriers Sealants Waterproofing Firestop Traffic Coatings Moisture etc.
Embrace and cultivate DPRs safety culture. Will wear PPE responsibly.
Ability to interact with owners/clients as needed.
Delivery of daily reports production tracking and documentation.

We are looking for a flexible detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage demanding Division 7 projects while producing quality work and consistently meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:

Excellent communication skills. (Being bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus)
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Ability to create and support team morale.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and with technology in general.
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Relevant education and certifications. (OSHA etc.)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$30.00- $35.00
