Converting Operator/Helper

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paper Converting Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Paper Converting Operator you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality paper products

Work Hours (Shift) 1st and 2nd shifts open

Starting Pay $18 per hour

Required Experience 1 year of paper industry experience helpful

As a converting operator/helper you will be working on a paper machine loading the machine working with the team to make the finished product.

Responsibilities

- Operate various paper converting machinery including slitter rewinders folder-gluers and die-cutters

-Set up and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

-Monitor machine operations identify and troubleshoot issues promptly.

-Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks

Qualifications

-Previous experience in paper converting or a related field preferred.

-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

-Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

-Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
