Project Manager | The Points Guy (Contract)

Were seeking a dynamic innovative Contract Project Manager to lead the successful execution of multiple projects across our organization. Youll serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams providing leadership structure and guidance to ensure projects are delivered on time on brief and with excellence.

What Youll Do

• This is a contract position
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines workloads and objectives to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans proactively identifying risks and driving timely decision-making.
• Coordinate collaboration across product creative engineering editorial paid media and other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track progress and manage workflows using Jira and Asana ensuring high-quality delivery and flawless execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and prioritize work across teams.
• Facilitate meetings communicate expectations and deadlines and document discussions and action items.
• Lead stand-ups retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies for assigned business groups.
• Partner with functional leads to identify and resolve process inefficiencies streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative and engineering leads to ensure proper resource alignment for all ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
• Anticipate bottlenecks manage escalations make tradeoffs and identify interdependencies between concurrent projects.
• Review incoming project briefs and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify objectives.
• Understand milestones across both the creative and software development life cycles.
• Manage time tracking and software capitalization estimates for in-development work.
• Serve as Scrum Master / Agile Coach to drive team productivity and collaboration.

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of experience in project management and/or process improvement roles.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking negotiation and influence skills.
• Self-starter with excellent planning organization communication and risk management abilities.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills; able to tailor communication to diverse audiences.
• Experience documenting processes policies and best practices.
• Comfortable managing change and driving alignment across teams.
• Nice to have: experience with Asana Jira Slack Google Drive and Outlook.

• Bachelors degree in Project Management Information Systems or a related field
• PMP CAPM or Scrum Master Certification or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

• Cash Compensation Range: $30.00 - 45.00/hr*
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location qualifications and experience
