Civil Project Manager - Land development

We are currently seeking to add aCivil Project Manager to our Land Development team.
Join our passionate team of civil engineers and make a lasting impact on land development projects. We are looking for a self-motivated Land Development Project Manager with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovative solutions. Youll be technically knowledgeable with strong communication skills able to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to bring their vision to life. Be part of a thriving team actively planning and delivering creative designs and solutions. We offer a collaborative environment where youll contribute to all phases of development from initial vision to final construction. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating effective designs for a diverse range of projects - from senior living facilities to commercial spaces and vibrant neighborhoods.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensed in Washington. (Oregon a plus.)
- 10 years of engineering experience.
- 3 years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projectson-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients expectations.
- Coordinate with clients team members and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ability to develop and foster authentic long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
- Prepare and review engineering plans reports and documents. Including proposals scopes of work and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
