The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an Activities Coordinator to join our team at Patcham Nursing Home.
This role goes far beyond organising activities- youll help create meaningful moments for residents living with dementia and complex needs. Your work will provide comfort stimulation routine and joy even when communication can be challenging.
Youll design and deliver a varied programme of activities both in the home and in the community.
This position requires creativity patience and resilience - but the impact you make is truly special: a smile a moment of calm or helping someone reconnect with a favourite memory.
What We Offer

Who We Are Looking For
- Experience working in a care environment is desirable especially supporting those with dementia
- Someone creative compassionate positive and patient
- Confidence to remain calm during challenging situations
- A full UK driving licence and confidence driving residents safely
