Role Summary

As a React Native Developer - Senior Associate you will design and develop high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native. You will work closely with product managers designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between mobile and backend services.
Optimize application performance responsiveness and reliability.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive interfaces.
Write clean maintainable code and conduct code reviews for best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in React Native JavaScript/TypeScript and ES6.
Experience with Redux React Navigation and mobile app architecture.
Familiarity with native modules (Android/iOS) and third-party libraries.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs GraphQL and integration with backend services.
Understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging tools.
Minimum 35 years of experience in mobile development with at least 2 years in React Native.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
Familiarity with App Store/Play Store deployment and compliance guidelines.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g. Jest Detox).
Exposure to Agile methodologies and team leadership.
