We are looking for an IT Implementation Project Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and delivering technology implementation project for clients. This role ensures that all solutions are delivered on time within scope and within budget while meeting quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering infrastructure business stakeholders partners and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to gather functional requirements and understand business processes related to building permits and approvals. Interpret building bye-laws development control regulations and apply them to functional workflows. Prepare comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) Use Case documents and process flow diagrams. Coordinate with developers and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements. Review system outputs and assist in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Analyze CAD drawings and ensure alignment with system validation rules. Provide support during implementation training and post-deployment activities. Maintain clear communication between clients project managers and the development team. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for system efficiency..
Mandatory skill sets:
1. Strong understanding of building bye-laws DCR (Development Control Regulations) and approval procedures. Experience in preparing functional documents BRDs FRDs and workflow diagrams. Ability to read interpret and analyze CAD drawings (AutoCAD skills preferred). Basic knowledge of software development processes (SDLC Agile methodology is a plus). Exposure to municipal e-governance or building permit systems is an added advantage.
Preferred skill sets: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing role). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate complex client requirements into clear functional specifications. Attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle timelines with project management tools (Jira MS Project Asana Trello etc.)
