We are looking for an Experienced Bilingual Collection Agent to join our team and provide outstanding service to our this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in both languages.

Compensation: $21.50 per hour

What Youll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries providing timely and accurate information in both French and English
  • Resolve customer issues ensuring high satisfaction levels and adhering to company standards
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls emails and chat inquiries in both languages
  • Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently

What Were Looking For:

Fluency in both French and English including strong verbal and written communication skills is required for this role.

Location

  • This is a hybrid opportunity and requires ability to work onsite from our Barrie or London office. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to one of our offices.

Shift Availability

  • Ability to work full-time (40-hours per week) year round.

  • Flexible availability as shifts will be a mixture of mornings afternoons and weekends

Work Experience

  • Previous experience in collections is required.
