An exciting opportunity exists within the Logistics Development team for a UK based Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new Automated E-Commerce Warehouse located in the Republic of Ireland.
In this role you will be responsible for leading Boots workstreams alongside managing an integrated plan with 3rd party project managers to ensure that the warehouse is delivered to timescales and all supporting processes are in place tested and handed over to the operation.
Manage delivery of projects to time cost and quality targets.
Set up facilitate and maintain a robust programme governance structure to enable clear decision making and proportionate and timely escalation management.
Develop and deliver the project plan facilitating key activity across all project workstreams
Lead for quality assurance across all project deliverables.
Facilitate robust risk action issue and dependency management across the life of the project.
Engage across all stakeholders to maximize the commitment and awareness of the project.
Accountable for provision of all relevant project reports and information.
Set the standard for performance leadership of project team.
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role.
Proven experience of managing large and complex projects preferably within Supply Chain or Operations
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage challenge and influence appropriately
Robust project/programme methodology including governance.
