RN Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and update care plans

• Administer medications IV therapy and treatments

• Supervise LPNs and CNAs during shift; ensure quality care delivery

• Oversee resident admissions discharges and transitions

• Monitor patient health trends and escalate as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care

• Ensure compliance with documentation safety and clinical standards

• Educate residents and families about care plans and health goals

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Missouri

• BLS/CPR certification

• 1 year experience in SNF rehab or LTC

• EMR proficiency and leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
