- Create a supportive and professional environment that consistently delivers a spa experience that exceeds guest expectations.
- Oversee all spa operations including massage hairdressing nails reception retail fitness center etc.
- Responsible for all aspects of spa staff including hiring training scheduling payroll performance mentoring career growth etc.
- Develop and monitor department budget and forecast using financial strategies to increase revenues while controlling operating expenses.
- Develop and implement inventory management and purchasing procedures as well as monitor and adjust staffing levels spa service appointments and operational expenses to maximize spa profitability.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure the facility is maintained to luxury spa standards.
- Strategically and proactively develop programs marketing initiatives and promotions to increase revenue-generating opportunities enhance the guest experience and increase the repeat guest base.
- Create wellness and fitness experiences for the guests as appropriate.
- Support public relations requests for the spa and respond to all media leads.
- Develop and implement spa menus and marketing strategies.
- Ensure spa cleanliness and maintain and ensure the functionality of spa equipment.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are complied with.
- Effectively resolve all customer-related issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Participate in and lead meetings.
$60000 annually based on experience
