Cinfedis searching for aHELOC Officerbased in Cincinnati OH at theOakley Headquarters.

POSITION PURPOSE:

To drive HELOC originations by guiding members/borrowers through the application process collecting and validating documentation and proactively managing a pipeline to ensure timely compliant progression to underwriting/decision. This role is highly Member-facing and is accountable for responsiveness pipeline flow and conversion of inquiries into funded HELOCs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

Respond to inbound HELOC inquiries and provide product guidance.
Assist borrowers with application completion and resolve issues.
Proactively follow up on leads and stalled applications to maintain momentum.
Own pipeline management: set borrower expectations track progress and ensure files are decision-ready.
Collect and validate documentation (income assets property info insurance).
Perform preliminary qualification checks before underwriting submission.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs and compliance.
Maintain accurate notes and borrower communication in the loan system.

Required Experience:

A high school education or equivalent
1-3 years of similar or related experience
Have a familiarity with credit and income documents and common HELOC conditions
Must be proficient in computer applications; possess good math skills; and possess a significant level of trust and diplomacy

Pre-employment background (credit criminal and drug) check required.
