POSITION PURPOSE: To drive HELOC originations by guiding members/borrowers through the application process collecting and validating documentation and proactively managing a pipeline to ensure timely compliant progression to underwriting/decision. This role is highly Member-facing and is accountable for responsiveness pipeline flow and conversion of inquiries into funded HELOCs. WHAT WE OFFER: - A starting rate of$26.00 to $28.00per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: - Respond to inbound HELOC inquiries and provide product guidance.
- Assist borrowers with application completion and resolve issues.
- Proactively follow up on leads and stalled applications to maintain momentum.
- Own pipeline management: set borrower expectations track progress and ensure files are decision-ready.
- Collect and validate documentation (income assets property info insurance).
- Perform preliminary qualification checks before underwriting submission.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs and compliance.
- Maintain accurate notes and borrower communication in the loan system.
Required Experience: - A high school education or equivalent
- 1-3 years of similar or related experience
- Have a familiarity with credit and income documents and common HELOC conditions
- Must be proficient in computer applications; possess good math skills; and possess a significant level of trust and diplomacy
