UnspecifiedWhat You Will Do
Develop and responsible for all technical aspect of repair special processes not limited to heat treatment laser welding and cladding halide cleaning brazing etc.
Liaise with P&W and other engine OEM on technical issues process qualification technology transfer etc.
Lead repair development and source approval with OEM including writing work instruction demonstration to program plan requirements programming for machines/ robots develop tools and process parameters.
Lead technology projects and capability acquisition project with cross functional team up to industrialization.
Lead/ support cost reduction process efficiency rework reduction material usage reduction EHS initiatives.
Provide support to production in day-to-day activities training and trouble shoot special process
Lead technical investigation to determine root cause of process deviation and implement engineering control to prevent them.
Perform responsibilities in compliance with EH&S Policy RTX Code of Conduct and Global Trade Compliance at all times.
Qualifications You Must Have
Degree in Engineering (Material Science Engineering is preferred) or equivalent.
Knowledge various repair processes like plasma spray diffusion coating and brazing is preferred.
Fresh graduates with keen interests in Aerospace industry are welcome to apply.
For internal candidate under ESP - Diploma with 5 years experience will be considered.
Knowledge in aero component repair processes will be an added advantage.
Good problem-solving analytical prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office software (Word Excel Access and PowerPoint).
