The Ad Partnerships Group is a global team responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with key partners across the advertising ecosystem. This includes independent agencies marketing partners and measurement providers. Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Indy Agency Partner to join our Ad Partnerships Group in this role you will be responsible for building and scaling our Indy Agency Program in the Nordics driving revenue growth and fostering strong long-term partnerships with independent advertising agencies. You will be a key player in a fast-paced and innovative environment acting as a strategic advisor and advocate for our agency partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape a proven track record of success in agency development and a passion for Snapchat.
Responsibilities:
Program Development and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to launch and scale the Indy Agency Program in the French market driving adoption of Snaps advertising solutions.
Agency Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with key stakeholders at independent agencies acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Revenue Growth: Drive significant revenue growth through agency partnerships by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our sales teams and upselling and cross-selling Snaps advertising products.
Education and Enablement: Educate agencies on Snaps platform products and best practices through scaled education programs workshops and training sessions.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with agency partners to develop joint business plans and marketing strategies that deliver on client objectives and drive measurable results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Sales Marketing Product and Operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for agency partners.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track analyze and report on key performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.
Market and Industry Expertise: Serve as an internal and external expert on the independent agency landscape in the Nordics staying up-to-date on industry trends challenges and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
8 years of experience in digital advertising with a focus on agency sales partnerships or business development within the Nordics market.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic advertising social media and performance marketing.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working at a social media platform or in a role with direct responsibility for managing relationships with advertising agencies in the Nordics.
Established network of contacts at independent media agencies in the Nordics.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
A passion for Snapchat and a deep understanding of its value proposition for advertisers.
