We are looking for new colleague in the role of Senior Project Developer to reinforce our Italian Team!
TheSenior Project Developer will be responsible reporting to the Head of Development working of greenfield projects and co-developments ensuring the achievement of the ready to build stage as well as working of the construction permitting liaising with the implementation team.

TheSenior Project Developer will be responsible reporting to the Head of Development working of greenfield projects and co-developments ensuring the achievement of the ready to build stage as well as working of the construction permitting liaising with the implementation team.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyses solar projects (including Due Dilligence and commercial negotiations) secures internal approvals
- Coordinates and managesdevelopment & permitting process of projects to ensure a timelyRTB (ready to build)status
- Manages relationship (including contractual obligations) with co-development partners.
- Manages relationship with external and relevant stakeholders (e.g. municipalities public authorities DSO TSO regional bodies landowners and service providers).
- Coordinates internal teams e.g. legal engineering construction finance and controlling
- Development of an in-depth knowledge of the local market legislation regulations subsidiary schemes etc.;
- Control on costs and cashflow within the development budget.
Your profile
- At least 4-5 years of experience in development of renewable energy projects in Italy. Experience in tendering Fer-X is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of site-securing interconnection and permitting processes of renewable projects in Italy.
- Extensive knowledge and experience on environmental issues.
- Knowledge of Autocad is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team
- University degree
- Native Italian is a must and fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
