Job description:

Responsibilities

• Managing overall planning with a view to ensuring timely accomplishment of task requirement parameters.
• Excellence in building excellent relationships with cross-functional groups/ relevant stakeholders by supporting them at every level and providing optimum solution to a problem.
• Preparing time schedules and overall planning of the entire project execution phase
• Well versed with Project Monitoring Reporting Documentation
• Manage all business unit workflow and related deliverables on time with evolving project management processes.
• Tracking/ Monitoring the work allocations proactively balancing workloads and adjusting resourcing to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Document project progress and prepare regular status updates dashboards and communications for key stakeholders and leadership.
• Direct core PMO functions includingproject management resource management and resource onboarding
• Sharing inputs on improving existing project management office policies and processes.
