Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible forproviding foundation course instruction to students in accordance with approved curricula in compliance with government and management directives.

Job responsibilities:

Plan coordinate and conduct the foundation program and other activities in accordance with corporate guidelines and approved schedule.
Provide explicit instruction in study skills and employment readiness by motivating and counseling students.
Select develop and implement instructional material that aligns with career technical training key academic and career success standards.
Administer and correct tests maintain progress and activities.
Recommend an appropriate training program for each assigned student using background files personal interviews tests and a variety of other assessment tools.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelors degree in behavioral science education or related field and one year related experience required.
Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Experience with youth excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
