Job Summary
Pay Rate: Pay Range: $19.50 - $20 per hour (Depending on years of experience)

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who values people for who they are and is excited to walk alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they engage in the activities they love and pursue their goals.ââ
Work Schedule:ââ The work schedule is: Fri & Sat (9PM-11AM) and Sun (9PM-9AM)
A Day in the Life:ââ
Youll spend your days assisting with care to a group of people who enjoy:âââ
- Hearing stories
- Going out to eat
- Attending community events
This group is looking for someone who is kind dependable a good communicator and most of allsomeone who enjoys spending time with them. If youre someone who takes joy in building real connections and being present in the moment youll thrive here.ââ
How Youll Support:ââ
- This is a total care home. You will provide full support with daily routines such as total hygiene care cooking cleaning laundry housekeeping transporting to and from day programs Drs. Appointments and medication administration etc.
- Help promote independenceââ
- Be patient and respectful in action and speakingâ
- Advocate for each persons rights and help build their confidence and sense of selfââ
- Keep clear respectful records to ensure continuity of care and supportââ
Minimum Requirements:ââ
- Must be at least 21 years oldââ
- Valid drivers license with at least 2 years of driving experience and no more than 3 pointsââ
- Comfortable driving agency vehicles and assisting people who use wheelchairsââ
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds stand for long periods and provide physical assistance when neededââ
- Completion of Medication Technician Training Program (or willingness to complete)ââ
