Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Design Manager in Riyadh to lead our talented design team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape our product experience drive design excellence and set the vision for how millions of customers interact with our platform. Youll join a passionate innovative team committed to redefining the way food delivery works in the region while building a strong design culture from the ground up.
- Lead & Inspire Manage and mentor a team of product designers and UX researchers creating a high-performing design culture.
- Be Hands-On Actively contribute to design work while guiding the team through best practices in UX UI and interaction design.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with Product and Tech teams to translate business goals into exceptional user experiences.
- Challenge the Status Quo Advocate for innovative solutions that improve usability accessibility and delight.
- Drive Design Strategy Own and deliver against Design OKRs ensuring design work aligns with product and business outcomes.
- Understand the Market Bring a deep understanding of the GCC market and user behaviors to craft localized relevant experiences.
- Establish Design Rituals Build processes critiques and rituals that strengthen design consistency and quality across teams.
- Oversee UX Research Manage research initiatives to gather actionable user insights and inform design decisions.
Qualifications :
- Proven Experience leading product design teams in fast-paced digital product environments.
- Hands-On Design Skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong Understanding of the GCC market particularly user needs and cultural nuances.
- Strategic Thinker with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes through design.
- Excellent Collaboration Skills with Product Engineering and Business stakeholders.
- Bilingual Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
