CBRE Data Centre Solutions (DCS) continues to grow and we are now seeking a Finance & Business Administrator for our operations across Sweden. You will become part of a tight-knit team working closely together to offer our customers the best possible service.

You will work in a team with a Site Manager who is responsible for the overall operation as well as team leaders who drive the daily operations.

Tasks

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose

The main purpose of the role Data Center Supervisor is to manage the Operations team on site. The duties also include the creation of shift schedules holiday plans training plans and the induction of new employees as well as P&L responsibility for your tech teams. Of course the other tasks include the activities of the technicians in the various areas.

Further Responsibilities

• Manage the Operations team (day shift technicians) and assure a proper service delivery on site
• Deputize the Critical Facility Manager and fill in during his absence and provide leadership to the teams
• Ensure contracts are staffed by fully competent teams ensuring post holders are fully competent and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
• Ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded
• Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process are effectively implemented across both our teams services and subcontractors activities and are regularly reviewed
• Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory policy and contractual commitments are met.
• Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts
• Provision of leadership and guidance advice coaching and direct support where required to deliver best practice selection training assessment and recognition/reward
• Delivering effective business communication through advice review leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings briefings consultation forums correspondence publicity monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications as appropriate.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

• Proven track record in a Teamlead / Supervisor role which has included responsibility for technician teams
• Previous experience in Critical Environments / Data Centres or at least in one of the following: M&E facilities management projects building services
• Dealing with a range of people from junior to senior level including site employees suppliers and customers
• Capability to drive contract performance with strategic goals while maintaining employee engagement
• Remain adaptive to various complex challenges at the site level
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively connect with subordinated employees clients and CBRE Management
• Excellent relationship builder with proven internal and external client management experience and good networking skills
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with the ability to understand financial metrics
• Language proficiency in both Finnish and English is required
