Job Title: LPN (Long Term Care)
Facility Location: Utica New York 13502
Shift: 8hr Days (6:30a-2:30p)
Contract weeks: 13 weeks
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week
Every other weekend is required
Pay Package (Travel):
- Weekly Gross: $1629
- Hourly (Taxable): $16/hr. (W2)
- Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1029/week
Requirements:
- 1 years experience in Long Term Care settings
- NY State LPN License
- BLS
75-Mile Radius Rule:
Travel candidates must live 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates.
Local applicants (within 75 miles) are welcome but will receive the local pay rate.
Job Duties:
- Provide daily nursing care to residents including medication administration treatments and monitoring of chronic conditions.
- Assist with ADLs wound care and mobility support while ensuring resident comfort and safety.
- Document assessments interventions and resident status changes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with the care team residents and families to support individualized care plans.
- Recognize and report changes in residents health conditions promptly to the RN or provider.
