About you:

Certificate III - Automotive Body Repair is essential.
Demonstrated experienced in a similar role.
Strong commitment to safety quality and working as part of a team.
Ability to schedule and forecast work to team members.
Able to provide assistance for team members to complete repair/paint/assemble as required.
Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
Follow safe work processes and procedures.
Have full Australian working rights.
