Job Summary

Heres What You Need:

High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

One year of experience in a healthcare field customer service telemarketing or a call center environment (REQUIRED)

Working knowledge of Medical Terminology (PREFERRED)

CHAA Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (PREFERRED)

What You Will Do:

Obtain accurate financial and demographic information during Pre-Registration pertaining to the patient account

Utilize Passport for address verification

Maintain knowledge and application of all admission processes and procedures for patients in reservation status

Execute tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy

Work environment: Remote within the Dallas/Fort Worth area

Work hours: Full-time 40 hours weekly;Monday thru Friday (10:00am 6:30pm)
