What Youll Work On:

• Be a Key Team Member: Work alongside Operations to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose complex equipment issues perform root cause analysis and repair high-speed filling packaging and conveying systems.
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Execute PMs support autonomous maintenance and plan major repairs during scheduled shutdowns.
• Fabricate & Upgrade: Design weld and install mechanical and electronic components; perform PLC program changes and maintain AC drive systems.
• Collaborate & Improve: Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to implement design changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train & Mentor: Share your expertise with peers and provide technical guidance to improve team capabilities.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow GMP FDA USDA OSHA and company safety standards in all tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2 years of multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong skills in mechanical electrical PLC troubleshooting and fabrication.
• Ability to read schematics wiring diagrams and use precision tools.
• Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.

Position Details

• Shift: 12-hour Night Shift (6:00 PM 6:00 AM)
• Schedule: Enjoy every other weekend off with a consistent 4-week rotation:

Sample Rotation:

• Week 1: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)
• Week 2: Mon Tues Fri Sat Sun (12 hrs)
• Week 3: Same as Week 1
• Week 4: Same as Week 2
