Inviting applications for the role of ConsultantHRIS
The SAP HRIS professional is responsible for managing supporting and optimizing the organizations Human Resources Information System using SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) or SAP SuccessFactors. This role ensures that HR systems and processes are aligned with business needs compliant with regulations and deliver accurate data for decision-making.
Responsibilities
S4 Hana certification mandatory
System Administration & Maintenance
oMaintain and support SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management (TM) Payroll (PY) and Benefits (BN).
oConfigure and update system settings to reflect organizational changes (e.g. structure roles compensation time policies).
oEnsure system integrity data accuracy and compliance with HR and IT security policies.
HR Process Optimization
oPartner with HR and business stakeholders to streamline processes through automation and improved system functionality.
oAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements or integrations.
Reporting & Analytics
oDevelop and manage standard and ad-hoc HR reports using SAP tools (e.g. SAP Query Ad Hoc Query SuccessFactors People Analytics).
oSupport HR data analysis dashboards and KPI tracking for workforce planning and compliance reporting.
System Implementation & Projects
oParticipate in full lifecycle implementations upgrades and integrations with other systems (e.g. Finance Payroll Learning).
oTest new functionalities coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful system deployments.
User Support & Training
oProvide end-user training documentation and troubleshooting for HR system issues.
oAct as liaison between HR IT and external SAP consultants or vendors.
oExpertise in working with SAP HR/HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in one or more SAP HR modules (PA OM PY TM BN or SuccessFactors Employee Central).
Knowledge of HR data structures interfaces and reporting tools.
Experience with integration technologies (e.g. SAP CPI APIs) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation: MBA/MCA
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certified Application Associate SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors
HRIS or HR analytics certifications (e.g. SHRM HRCI or CIPD credentials)
The candidate must be a self-starter capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
Additionally the candidate must possess excellent writing speaking analytical project management organizational teamwork and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems
Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
