Physiotherapist (Hospital)
Leicester Hospital Physiotherapy Bank Part Time
Up to 25 per hour depending on experience

As a Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist youll have a BSc in Physiotherapy or Occupational therapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. You also have excellent manual therapy skills and youre committed to developing as a practitioner. Youre a confident communicator skilled at engaging with all kinds of people. You will also be required to have extensive hand therapy experience.
As a Physiotherapist you will:
Work across Inpatients and Outpatients and a range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases relating to hand and wrist surgery.
Be part of our multidisciplinary team of nurses AHPs and consultants supported by a regional Clinical Lead.
Help our patients achieve maintain and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing.
Deliver excellent clinical care thats safe effective caring well-led and responsive to patients needs.
Be compliant with all governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
Enjoy protected CPD time and access to programmes and events by the Nuffield Health Academy.

Leicester Hospital
Founded in 1969 Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital was originally built from funds raised by the local community and is now one of the leading providers of private healthcare in Leicestershire. The Hospital has a strong local reputation with patients remaining loyal. The Hospital had a 4.5 million refurbishment in 2011 and was the blue print for the wider Hospitals refresh programme.
The Hospital has 28 ensuite inpatient beds 2 Laminar flow theatres Endoscopy Suite minor treatment room and 14 consulting rooms. The hospital delivers a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient treatments and services using the best possible technologies. Since 2015 we have invested in a static MRI unit a new digital X ray room & digital mammography. We are a local centre of excellence for Children and Young People Services. Having a Fitness & Wellbeing Gym in Leicester has led to a close working relationship and the Hospital was a forerunner for the Nuffield recovery plus programme.
The Hospital has been rated as a Good hospital by the CQC and achieved this rating across the 5 key lines of enquiry across all departments inspected
