Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Playwright Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNows Automated Test Framework (ATF) Playwright and GitHub Actions. This role requires someone who prioritizes product quality leads by example and inspires the team to adopt best-in-class engineering and testing practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation meticulous in execution and capable of owning end-to-end quality efforts within ServiceNow GRC environments.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development

• Design develop and execute automated test cases for ServiceNow GRC modules using ATF and Playwright.

• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks ensuring scalability stability and reusability.

Testing & Quality Engineering

• Perform functional regression and integration testing across ServiceNow modules.

• Analyze test execution results and document defects with detailed actionable insights.

• Ensure test coverage traceability and alignment with business and technical requirements.

Collaboration & Requirements Analysis

• Work closely with developers product owners QA engineers and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust test scenarios.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremoniessprint planning refinement standups and retrospectives.

Process Improvement & DevOps Integration

• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Drive continuous improvement by recommending and implementing best practices in automation testing and engineering workflows.

• Coach and motivate the broader team to deliver reliable high-quality applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience in automation engineering or quality engineering roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Proven expertise with Playwright for end-to-end automation.

• Experience integrating automation into GitHub Actions pipelines.

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies test design and SDLC/Agile frameworks.

• Excellent communication analytical thinking and defect-reporting skills.
