Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our this role you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes and the timely delivery of high-quality products. Your leadership and expertise will play a critical role in driving productivity and achieving production targets.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Plan organize and coordinate production activities to meet production targets quality standards and customer requirements.
Develop production schedules and allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
Monitor production processes and adjust workflow as needed to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering procurement and quality assurance to resolve production issues and improve processes.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production performance identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all production personnel.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Train develop and supervise production staff provide guidance and support and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements to improve production efficiency.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal functionality of production equipment.
