Job Summary
Rehabber General Maintenance and Groundskeeping
We are looking for a Community Maintenance Technician. Our ideal candidate has the desire to learn or experience in property maintenance areas such as landscaping snow removal minor interior home repairs and general grounds maintenance. - Landscaping
- Lawn mowing/lawn care
- Snow removal
- General cleanup of grounds
- Home rental turnarounds
- Light plumbing
- Light painting and carpentry
- Problem-solving
- Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager
- Physical demands include working in cold weather bending pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs.
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Strong work ethic
- 1-year property maintenance experience or Willingness To Learn
- Valid drivers license with no major violations
- Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of power and hand tools lawn care and landscaping equipment
- Plus - experience snow plowing and related snow removal equipment
- Ability to work independently under the direction of the community manager
- Must pass a thorough background check including criminal
