Finance & Operations Associate

• Contribute to the companys financial rhythm by supporting key operational finance processes ensuring accuracy in reporting and healthy cash-flow visibility
• Drive accounting HR payroll compliance liaising with CSPs across multiple jurisdictions where appropriate to help maintain smooth timely and well-governed operations
• Support the preparation of budgeting and forecasting inputs assist in financial performance tracking and help produce insights for leadership decision-making
• Help improve and maintain the internal systems workflows and tools that underpin our finance and operations infrastructure
• Coordinate cross-country operational processes ensuring alignment between our teams in Ireland Spain and Portugal
• Contribute to people operations activities from supporting recruiting workflows to helping ensure a smooth employee lifecycle across our entities
• Assist in maintaining strong operational governance by supporting contract workflows compliance tracking and organisational documentation
• Prepare clear summaries insights and materials that support leadership visibility and cross-functional communication
• Participate in external partner and vendor discussions helping ensure alignment execution and operational follow-through
• Drive a range of strategic and operational projects - from evaluating new partners/tools to improving internal processes and supporting cross-functional initiatives as the business scales

• Experience: 2 - 5 years in consulting finance operations or a similar fast-paced operational role (startup experience is a plus)
• Financial Acumen: Comfortable with numbers structured thinking and supporting core financial processes
• Organisational Strength: Ability to manage multiple work streams deadlines and stakeholders with clarity and reliability
• Versatility: You enjoy varied responsibilities and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in an evolving environment
• Proactive & Resourceful: You take initiative ask smart questions and seek solutions independently
• Reliable Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; confident engaging with internal and external partners
• Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency with productivity and operations tools (Google Suite spreadsheets project management tools). Experience with other core operations software (e.g. Personio Xero) is a plus
