Group CFO Luxury Hotel Group Kenya

Salary: USD 5000 USD 6000 Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Group Chief Financial Officer for a distinguished luxury hotel group in Kenya. This senior executive role requires a highly analytical solutions-driven finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and extensive multi-property hospitality experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations across the hotel group ensuring accuracy compliance and transparency

Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning to support strategic business goals

Provide financial insight and guidance to the executive team and property leaders

Manage financial reporting audits and statutory requirements

Implement robust financial controls policies and procedures across all properties

Analyse performance trends and identify opportunities to improve profitability

Support operational teams with cost control revenue management and financial decision-making

Oversee cash flow management capital allocation and investment planning

Manage and develop the finance team ensuring high levels of performance and accountability

Build strong relationships with financial institutions auditors external partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CFO or Group Financial Controller within the hospitality industry ideally luxury hotels

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multi-property financial teams

Excellent analytical strategic and problem-solving abilities

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations reporting standards and best practices

Demonstrated success in improving financial performance and implementing effective controls

High level of integrity professionalism and attention to detail

Hospitality sector experience in Africa is highly advantageous
