Key duties include developing schedules managing budgets leading technicians troubleshooting issues and coordinating with external contractors to keep the facility running optimally.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Oversight: Direct daily activities monitor treatment processes and ensure efficient water/effluent production.
Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance (PPM) schedules for mechanical electrical and control systems (pumps blowers SCADA).
Team Leadership: Supervise train and evaluate maintenance personnel (operators technicians).
Budget & Inventory: Manage departmental budgets oversee parts inventory and control operational expenses.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the plant meets all environmental safety (OSHA) and regulatory standards (e.g. water quality).
Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions operational issues and water quality problems.
Documentation: Maintain detailed logs reports and operational data for analysis and compliance.
Contractor Coordination: Manage external contractors for major repairs or specialized work.
