Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patients home supporting multiple therapies:
Home Oxygen
Nebulisers
Ventilations
Sleep
We currently provide such therapies to over 10000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation training on how to use equipment servicing and removal.
Responsibilities & Duties to include:
Patients Compliance:
Manage Patient Compliance Inbox with tasks/emails such as: patient downloads across all therapies log & track remote pressure changes to therapy manage clinic lists support patients with any queries regarding their therapy log jobs on our ERP.
Set patients up and maintain patient/hospital records on our cloud based platforms.
Administrate the cloud based platform: support external users with access/new users/ inactive users etc.
Keep communication open & ensure hospital/medical team are kept updated on the patients progress.
Assist patients with modem and App connection to ensure their therapy data can be reviewed remotely on our cloud based platforms.
Handle ad-hoc calls to new service users/patients to ensure effective compliance with their hospital prescribed therapies.
Support to commercial and PCS team:
Manage the sleep diagnostic and oximetry programme & coordination with PCS Customer and commercial team
Support commercial team with administrative tasks where required.
Process tasks for field staff onto our patient database.
Maintain adequate notes and records of all patient interactions.
Ensuring all service levels and targets are achieved daily.
Any other ad-hoc office administration duties that may arise - education support to other teams to include CST
Participation to critical projects and pilots:
Support business patient compliance projects such as new pilots - to become our standard service
Support internal projects: e.g. Sleep project(s) pilots
Proactively participate to compliance reporting as part of the impending oxygen contract
