Job Summary
We are representing a client seeking a Regulatory Law Solicitor to support businesses and professionals facing regulatory investigations compliance issues disciplinary hearings enforcement actions and tribunal proceedings. You will advise clients regulated by bodies including the FCA SRA GMC NMC Education bodies and environmental or licensing authorities.
Responsibilities include conducting internal investigations reviewing evidence preparing detailed written representations advising on risk management drafting responses to enquiries preparing for tribunal hearings and interpreting complex regulatory frameworks. You will also support clients in improving compliance policies and mitigating future risk.
This role suits a solicitor with excellent drafting strong organisational abilities and an interest in technical legislationdriven work.
Qualified Solicitor with experience in regulatory compliance or professional discipline law
Strong technical and legislative interpretation skills
Excellent written advocacy and drafting ability
Experience managing investigations and tribunal preparation
Highly organised with strong communication skills
Ability to work with professional clients under regulatory pressure

Required Skills:
About You At least 12 months experience working in a residential conveyancing department (essential). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and professional approach with a genuine interest in property law. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Experience using conveyancing case management software (desirable).
