Job Summary
CloudTunes goal is to invent new software systems that remove human decision-making from financial planning and scaling processes. We envision CloudTune Forecasts driving end-to-end automation that provisions Amazons services appropriately for a great customer experience. We aim to eliminate vast quantities of undifferentiated and often tedious work for Amazon development teams - our opportunity for impact to tens of thousands of developers is enormous.
We are looking for talented software developers to design systems and services that will tackle increasingly complex challenges. These systems handle a very large volume of data that need to be processed by sophisticated algorithms presenting challenging scalability efficiency and distributed systems design problems. Our team members also benefit from the mentoring and guidance of senior developers and have the opportunity to contribute to our product vision.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with interdependencies across engineering science product and business teams
- Contribute to product roadmap prioritization based on business value and technical feasibility
- Build consensus among senior leadership on technical approaches resource allocation and priority trade-offs
- Navigate complex organizational dependencies to unblock teams and accelerate delivery
- Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation strategies in partnership with engineering leadership
- Establish KPIs and metrics frameworks to measure program health business impact and customer satisfaction
- Establish and refine processes templates and best practices for program execution
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
