Other Info: With EMR required training process to follow:

- Credentialing Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted Module (learn lessons) EMR Virtual (PPL) training Site requires completion of EMR Modules and training before first day details can be released & all candidates must complete the EMR questionnaire.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ)

BC in Otolaryngology (Head & Neck Surg)

BLS

DEA (will consider a transferred DEA however must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment)

Available for any of the dates

Understands & completes the EMR training requirements

Clean record

Local/drive-in (highly preferred)
