Job Title: OR Surgical Technologist (Tier 2)
Location: Kansas City MO
Type: Full Time
Shift: Nights / Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)
Pay: $52000 $72800 annually (17 years of experience required for max pay)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking OR Surgical Technologist (Tier 2)for an exciting opportunity in Kansas City MO.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years OR Tech experience.
Tier 2: Competent as first scrub in 3 of 4 specialties: Robotic Total Joints Neuro/Spine Vascular Surgery.
Graduate of an accredited Certified Operating Room Technician (CORT) program.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA preferred.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross required.

Responsibilities

Prepare surgical suites with instruments supplies and equipment for seamless procedures in a high-volume OR.
Assist with patient transport positioning prepping and draping while maintaining sterile technique.
Scrub in as first assist for complex cases anticipate team needs handle specimens monitor patients/equipment.
Ensure efficient room turnover in a collaborative environment.
Participate in on-call rotation; must reside within 30 minutes of the facility.
