Position Type: Permanent Full Time
Shift: Mixed Rotating Weekends
Hourly Pay Range: $30.34 $41.50/hr (based on experience)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for an exciting full-time opportunity in Miami FL. The RRT will provide high-quality patient-centered respiratory care perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures manage ventilator support and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal respiratory outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and document comprehensive respiratory assessments
Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate therapy needs and patient response
Administer oxygen therapy aerosol treatments and chest physiotherapy
Assist with artificial airway placement and manage mechanical ventilation
Monitor patient response closely and intervene based on clinical condition
Support safe transport of ventilated patients
Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies ensuring airway safety
Required Qualifications
RRT / Respiratory Care Practitioner license/certification required
Associate Degree or completion of a relevant respiratory care program
BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of start
Strong critical-thinking skills and experience with acute care patients
