Position DetailsPractice Model:Full scope outpatient clinic hospital rounding and surgical workJoining 3 other OB/GYNs and full support staffClinic Schedule: MondayThursday 8:00 am 5:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am 12:00 pmHospital Rounding: 3060 minutes daily for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patientsOR Time: Two-hour blocks per day (increasing based on volume)Call Rotation: Currently 1:3 or betterAround 7 call days per month with about 75% likelihood of being called inDeliveries & Volume:68 deliveries/month2024 total: 638; 2025 YTD: 607Procedural Competency:Comfortable with vaginal deliveries cesarean sections hysterectomies and GYN surgeryTOLAC/VBAC experience requiredTechnology & Tools:Robotics availableUltrasound NST monitoring fetal dopplersEMR: Athena (clinic) / Paragon (hospital)Our compensation package can include:Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonusSign-on bonus: $75000Relocation Assistance: up to $15000Paid time off and retirement planComprehensive health and well-being benefitsStudent loan repayment assistanceEarly-commitment residency stipendContinuing Medical Education (CME): $5500 5 daysPaid professional liability and malpractice coverageMarketing and practice growth assistance
