Responsibilities
- Develop policies and procedures to provide social services to residents in compliance with federal state and local regulations.
- Interview assess and develop individualized plans to meet residents needs.
- Assess the facilitys social service program and make recommendations to the Executive Director.
Qualifications
- Must be social worker who is licensed by the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners and who meets the requirements as such set by the State of Texas.
- Must have a bachelors degree in social work or in a human services field.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervised experience in a healthcare setting working directly with individuals is required.
