Responsibilities
The Endoscopy Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising designated Endoscopy staff and supporting the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient patient throughput. The supervisor participates in direct patient care and oversees daily staffing assignments supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- High school diploma equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Three (3) years of experience in endoscopy
- One (1) year of experience in interventional endoscopy.
- One (1) year prior leadership experience in endoscopy
- AGTS Certification
PREFERRED:
- Bachelors degree in business healthcare or related field
- Basic computer skills.
