Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse MS/Tele (MSU)
Location: Rochester NY 14621
Shift: Days (312-hour shifts 07:0019:00)
Duration: 13 weeks
Orientation: 16 hours
Block Scheduling: Not available
Scheduling & Charting
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday if needed
Charting: EPIC experience required
RTO & Special Requests: Must be submitted at time of submission
Facility Call-Off Policy: Up to 3 shifts may be canceled per 13-week contract
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Licensure & Certifications
Active NY RN license required at submission (pending not accepted; NY is non-compact)
Certifications: BLS required
Required Clinical Skills
MS/Tele Competencies:
Cardiac monitoring
Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias
Rapid Response/Code Team participation
Respiratory:
Nasal cannula oxygen administration portable oxygen tanks
Non-invasive airway management
IV Therapy/Phlebotomy:
Peripheral line care & management
Other:
Isolation precautions

Patient Ratio: 1:5
Floating: Required within competency
