Your work environment at EXP
EXP is currently recruiting for anEnvironmental Qualified Personto work in ourHamilton ON office. You will be a motivated detail-oriented self-starter with four-plus years of experience in environmental site assessment and consulting services. You will be responsible for various tasks reporting to the Environmental Services Manager.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
What your experience looks like
- 10 years of experience in environmental assessments and excess soil
- . or license in Ontario and QPESA designation required
- University degree in a related field of study such as Environmental Engineering Environmental Science Hydrogeology or Geology
- Highly technical abilities in environmental site assessment and remediation design combined with a mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of risk assessment/remediation systems/techniques
- Extensive working knowledge of Ontario Regulation 153/04 as amended (including the filing of Record of Site Condition)
- Extensive working knowledge of Ontario Regulation 406/19 as amended
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as advanced technical writing abilities
- Ability to problem solve troubleshoot and put forth creative solutions
