The Network Director of Law Enforcement Programs provides strategic oversight and leadership for the Law Liaison Program which partners with Tarrant County law enforcement agencies to divert individuals with mental health needs from the criminal justice system into appropriate behavioral health services. This role ensures program effectiveness fosters strong relationships with law enforcement and community stakeholders and drives initiatives that align with organizational goals. The Network Director is accountable for delivering services efficiently maintaining compliance and quality standards and advancing collaborative efforts that promote safety and improved outcomes for individuals served.
Minimum Education: Masters Degree
Defined Education: Human Services or Criminal Justice
Years Experience: Six (6) years
Defined Experience: Health and Human Services or Criminal Justice fields
License/Certifications: Full licensure as an LPC LCSW or LMFT required
Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years
