The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic business partner to global leaders across all lines of business driving end-to-end recruitment strategies that attract assess and secure top talent globally. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional candidate experiences while building robust talent pipelines that align with the companys growth objectives and workforce planning needs across diverse markets and functions. As a trusted advisor the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner brings deep recruiting expertise market insights and consultative guidance to hiring managers ensuring the organization consistently secures the talent needed to achieve its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies through attracting and securing top talent globally.
- Source candidates via multiple channels
- Maintain expertise in global SaaS talent markets including compensation benchmarks competitive hiring landscape and industry-specific competency requirements.
- Reviewing the current recruitment processes to streamline and keep up with market trends
- Manage applications and responses and ensuring timely updates are provided on stages of the recruitment progress.
- Conduct telephone screens interviews shortlisting candidates arrange interviews for suitable candidates.
- Assist in the creation of employee and contractor employment contracts offer letters and other employee related documents.
- Manage candidate and stake holder/hiring manager expectations.
- Adept at system hygiene.
- Proactive passive recruiting through channels such as LinkedIn recruiter.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies on open roles occasionally.
- Consulting and supporting managers in recruitment and selection processes
- Produce data for weekly status reports.
- Developing a strong pipeline of potential permanent employees.
- Research niche platforms that we can source candidates from
- Negotiating agency terms and conditions.
- Working with leadership to identify areas of efficiency & productivity related to recruitment and talent development
- Generating opportunities to build and lead
- TA Reporting.
- ATS hygiene
- Timely entry of new hires to Operations and IT
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters
- Adhoc projects.
Qualifications :
Key Requirements:
Experience
- 6 years of experience in a Recruiting role ideally a mix of corporate and agency background.
- 5 years in global generalist recruiting role at SaaS/B2B tech company is preferred
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
Skills
- Experienced in managing end to end recruitment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills Slack ATS
- Proven ability to build internal relationships with cross functional leaders inspire with confidence
- Ability to communicate at all levels in the company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Flexible to attend after-hours calls/meetings or work on certain tasks that may fall outside of normal work hours
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent written verbal and visual communication skills
- Energetic enthusiastic with a positive attitude even when under pressure
- High attention to detail
