Job Description
A well-established home health and hospice organization in New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to care for patients in the Keene this role you will provide terminally ill patients and their families with meaningful care and support. Your presence and service will comfort patients who face the end of their lives and help them reach acceptance and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians nursing assistants social workers and ministers.
- Develop care plans for individual patients monitor patients conditions and provide guidance and support to patients and their families.
- Perform prescribed treatments and administer pain management medications.
- Maintaining and updating medical charts patient files and health records.
- Help families cope with the upcoming loss and provide post-mortem support.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Position Details
- Full-time permanent role
- 30-40 hours/week day shift
