Job Summary
Join the Retail Commercial Development team and support the execution of Rituals global retail strategy by working cross-functionally to bring commercial plans to life in stores worldwide.
Throughout your internship youll collaborate with passionate colleagues across Retail Marketing and other departments gaining hands-on experience in project management commercial thinking and stakeholder management. Youll be part of a dynamic team that encourages initiative and gives you the space to learn grow and build valuable skills for your future.
What youll do
- Assist in developing Commercial Cycle briefings and calendars for all markets
- Support the Mystery Shopper program and help translate results into actionable insights
- Contribute to our projects (for example: Holiday Season and Commercial Store Challenges)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive operational excellence and deliver best-in-class customer experiences
Qualifications :
All internships are located in Amsterdam at our Central Head Office. We are looking for interns for 32-40 hours a week from the 1st of February 2026 for 6 months.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication/ Business Administration/Hotel Management/ Marketing/Branding/ Economics and other. *Please note we can only accept applications from candidates who are actively enrolled in their study for the entire duration of the internship.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- You are pro-active independent inquisitive and solution-oriented
- Good skills: planning organization and multitasking
- You can work with Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel
