• Support Customer Oriented Project Team in accordance with Thermal System Department goals to achieve the business plan.
• Develop quote technical solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Implement released technical solution following Bosch engineering process and design guidelines. Collaborate with platform manufacturing quality service logistics etc. Follow PEP process to prepare documents such as: Compliance matrix Customer drawing TCD DFMEA testing sheet test report etc. on time with high quality.
• Conduct technical discussion on component level with supplier support purchasing on supplier sourcing & release from engineering perspective following Bosch process.
• Define engineering requirement for different variant of samples and follow up sample status. Lead engineering risk assessment activities. Assist in collection and analysis of information concerning testing results or failure find out root cause and define proper countermeasures.
• Series support for components and products technical issues for manufacturing or quality issues or field complaints. Following Bosch process/methodology to provide engineering analysis.
• Provide RPP ideas and make sure their implementation.
• Maintain contact with existing customers and establish long-term relationships.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor/masters degree in mechanical engineering HVAC engineering or related major with knowledge of refrigerant system is preferred.
• At least 4 years working experience with electrical compressor design experience is preferred.
• Understand thermal management system with vehicle thermal system work experience is preferred.
• Understand mechatronic technology with high voltage brushless motor experience is preferred.
• Experience in metal material engineering with Aluminum-Alloy and its die-casting process is preferred.
• Understand engineering analysis methodology for example D-FMEA DRBFM problem solving etc. Logic thinking is a must.
• Excellent communication skills able to communicate with people from different regions in English both in verbal and in written.
• Skilled in 3D model and 2D drawing creation experience in UG is preferred.
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications and SAP.
• Willing to take responsibility self-motivated and teamwork spirit fast learner willing to continuous improvement able to work under high pressure.
